HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY TO US!!!

 

 

It's hard to believe that 60 years has almost gone by since Art Parker first cut some trees and named the result Thunder Mountain. Or 50 years since Tamboozi bought Thunder Mountain and named it Berkshire East. Or, 33 years since Roy Schaefer bought it and raised his family here.

 

Even harder to imagine where we will be in another 60 years! But if the energy and direction of this young family run operation is any indication of things to come, it can only be looking up!

 

 

After all 60 is the new 40! Stayed tuned for some anniversary fun in the 2010-2011 season!

 

And, if global warming predictions are accurate, at least we have the zip lines!
