Corporate Giving Policy
Whether it’s hosting local food drives, donating zip-line tours or ski lift tickets/passes, hosting events or providing sponsorships, it’s our goal to keep our corporate giving focused on the needs of our local surrounding community.
We consider donation requests when made by non-profit programs and organizations. Our primary focus is to commit and donate to charitable organizations such as schools, churches, and other programs that enrich the communities where our guests and employees live and work. We try to support organizations and events that promote the overall health and wellness of the people living in the local community. Ones which reduce “at risk” behaviors, increase participation in youth sports, and expand awareness for the arts, music and education.
To apply for a donation or assistance, we ask that you submit your request in writing at least 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Your request should include a brief summary of your organization and how it benefits the individuals it serves and the community at large. Please include what specific type of assistance you are looking for and your organizations proper tax-exempt status. Your request should include the name of the event as well as the date on which it will take place and should provide a contact person’s name, phone number, and mailing address.
Please note that we receive hundreds of requests for corporate donations and assistance though out the year. Due to the sheer volume of requests received, it’s impossible to respond to and donate to everyone’s cause. We do have limitations on the number of events that we can support, and ask that you please send your requests only if it falls within our corporate giving policy. Any donation request granted by us should not be considered as a future commitment, as it is our goal to support as many different organizations as possible.
