Seasonal Update:
2022/2023 Season Covid-19 Guidelines
First and foremost, please get tested if you had close contact with a person confirmed to have Covid-19 or in the past 48 hours or if you experienced any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (>100.4°F / 38°C) or felt feverish, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
Please be aware that we intend to comply with all Local, State and Federal requirements and as such, any and all of our Covid-19 requirements are subject to change.
Mask Requirements
Masks are no longer required in/outdoors by the town of Charlemont.
Outdoor Operations
In lift lines, on chair lifts, etc. Lift attendants will load each chair at full capacity. Guests are encouraged to purchase lift tickets, lessons, rentals, etc. online and in advance as capacity may be restricted on peak days. Guests can utilize On-line ticket Pick Up Boxes located at the resort to print lift tickets.
Lodges & Dining
Our lodges are open! For winter, we ask that you limit your time in the lodge during peak periods to allow as many guests as possible the chance to eat and warm up. There is limited bag storage and bags are not allowed on tables in any of the lodges.

Covid Cancellations for Summer
If you or a member of your party has tested positive leading up to your activity date, we request that you notify customer service as soon as possible. Depending on the trip date, we will offer you the option to either rebook or get a credit to come back and enjoy the adventure at a later date.
Cancellation Policy for Winter
Online tickets, rentals and lessons purchased are date specific and nonrefundable. Tickets and services unable to be used on the designated day of issuance at purchase may be used on another day during the 22/23 winter season. Guests will be responsible for any difference in the ticket price for rescheduled days and a $20 change fee will be applied to each ticket (or once to move an entire online order in need of a change). Rescheduling of tickets and services must take place before the close of business the day prior to the originally purchased day of use by calling 413-339-6618. All unused tickets and services will expire at the end of the 22/23 season.
