It is our business practice to offer employment to youths age 16 and over. Summer youth staff can apply for jobs including adventure park monitor and some food service positions. Winter positions available for youths age 16 – age 17 include snowsports instructors, dishwashers, bussers, Children’s Center staff and a limited number of rental shop attendants. Opportunities also exist for customer service staff and food cashiers if the youth applicant has prior sales and cashiering experience. Work permits are required prior to hire for any youths under the age of 18.

Berkshire Whitewater Positions:
River Guide/Whitewater Rafting Guide: BWW is looking for water enthusiasts who are customer service oriented and good with children. Duties include but are not limited to: preparation of gear prior to trip, positive interaction with guests, guiding of rafts in both whitewater and moving/flat water, proper maintenance of gear, driving company vehicles and food preparation. Rafting Photographer: This customer service oriented position is a great fit for people who like to be behind the lens. The rafting photographer is responsible for capturing the joy of whitewater and the photo sales on our point of sale system. BWW offers training to the right candidate, but experience with DSLR and sports photography is preferred. Bike Mechanic: TMBP is looking for someone experienced in mountain bike repair (experience in DH bikes a plus) to assemble, inspect and maintain our rental fleet as well as service customer bikes. Bike Rental Manager: TMBP is looking for a friendly and outgoing person to manage our rental program and bike lessons. The position manages our rental bike inventory and software, fit guests to rental bikes and related equipment, and assign lessons to instructors. Other duties include inspecting and cleaning bikes, processing transactions in our point of sale system and maintaining the rental shop in a neat and organized fashion.
