How it Works

• DROP OFF: Equipment check-in for those wishing to sell gear will take place
  • Friday, October 31, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • Saturday, November 1, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • No drop off on Sunday!

• Add your items to the attached form (below) and email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Be sure to complete all the details and price (we can still adjust later if you have questions.  Once an item is placed out on the show floor, the price is locked).
• Clothing items to be sold are limited to 8 garments per family. Winter sports specific items only.  Must be clean and in usable condition.  Please bring hangers from home. No accessories, please.
• You will receive 75% of your sale amount as a check.  Checks will be printed after the end of the swap.  No exceptions.
• Pick up any unsold items after the sale.  All items not picked up will be donated.  Unsold Item Pick up - Sunday, November 2nd 3pm-5pm.

The sale event will be held at Berkshire East on Sunday, November 2rd from 10am until 2pm.
