The Warfield House Inn Presents: The Sugar Shack Series
Our inaugural concert will feature Grammy nominated songwriter, Reed Foehl.
Foehl is from a small New England town whose folk/Americana music tells stories with a voice that pushes boundaries while paying homage to tradition. Foehl recently released his 6th studio album, "Wild Wild Love" recorded with The Band of Heathens.
This ticketed event will be held on Sunday, October 9th at the Warfield House Inn with admission beginning at 4:30pm, dinner and bar service starting at 5 and music from 6 to 7:30pm.
Ticket price includes an intimate musical performance, stunning mountain views, a farmhouse BBQ dinner, and parking. A full bar will be available to purchase beverages.
The Warfield House Inn is located in Charlemont, Massachusetts overlooking the Deerfield River Valley and Berkshire East Mountain Resort.
Farmhouse Dinner (included with ticket price)
- Autumn Salad - Organic greens, Delicato squash, roasted beet, dried cranberries and a maple-mustard vinaigrette.
- Beef Brisket - Slow smoked for 12 hours.
- St. Louis Cut Ribs - Memphis style with a dry rub.
- Half Chicken - Slow smoked and tender.
- Coleslaw Brussels Sprouts - With an aged balsamic glaze.
- Cornbread - Topped with a sweet honey butter.
- Mac & Cheese - Cavatappi and blended cheese.
- Baked Beans - With maple syrup and pork belly.
All tickets will be sold exclusively online. Tickets will not be available for sale over the phone. Tickets are required for everyone over the age of 6 years old; all tickets are $25/person.
Tickets will come to you as an invoice in the checkout process - we do not issue physical tickets via mail or email. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Before you purchase tickets to an upcoming show, please read our Ticket Policy carefully (below).
Please note that the event venue is CLOSED outside of show hours. The property is a private residence and we kindly ask that you don't just stop by!
The Warfield House Inn does NOT provide physical or print-at-home tickets. When you purchase tickets to an upcoming event, your name (the name on your order) will be placed on a Will Call list at the front gate on the night of the show where you will receive your wristband upon check-in. If you purchase 4 tickets, the purchaser's name will be at the Will Call list and our staff will provide wrist bands to all members of your party. You must be prepared to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the order and all guests over 21 wishing consume alcoholic beverages will need to present a valid ID for a separate wristband. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody who cannot provide a photo ID to match the name on the order.
All tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made available in the following circumstances:
Show cancellation: if a show is cancelled and a reschedule date is not provided, Warfield House Inn will automatically refund all tickets for the cancelled show.
Show postponement / reschedule: if a show is postponed to a new date due to inclement weather, artist illness, or for any other reason, refunds will be made available to all ticket buyers by email request to firstname.lastname@example.org for a period of one week (7 days) from the announcement of postponement. Please provide your name, email address, and order number to request a refund. After the 7-day window has closed, refunds will no longer be available and all remaining tickets will be automatically valid for the newly rescheduled date.
Ticket-holder medical emergency: if you or a member of your party is unable to attend a show due to medical emergency, you may submit a request for refund to email@example.com. Your request MUST include a note from a doctor or medical professional.
Parking is free in a large parking lot adjacent to the venue and is within close walking distance from the entrance. It can get muddy when it rains, so please be prepared with appropriate footwear.
Vehicles may not be left overnight (no camping allowed).
Food will be included in the ticket price and beverages - alcoholic and non-alcoholic - will be available for purchase at the Warfield House. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed onsite.

What to leave at home
Pets. Sorry, we love pets but cannot allow them onto the property. You may NOT leave them in your car.
Professional audio visual recording equipment or professional cameras with detachable lenses.
Weapons of any kind, including: firearms, knives, box cutters, tools (hammers, screwdrivers, etc.), pepper spray, mace, etc.
No food, coolers, cans, or glass containers are allowed in the venue - they must be left in your car.
