Fife Brook Trip (I-III)

Fife Brook

What is the Fife Brook Trip?

The Fife Brook section of the Deerfield River is the most popular rafting trip in Massachusetts. With several Class I & II rapids and the Class III Zoar Gap Rapids, this section of river is the perfect introduction to whitewater rafting.

Great for families and friends, and highly sought after by school groups, summer camps, and scouts!

To learn the basics of paddling, we start with a brief warm up. We then get right into action at Hurricane Holea perfect introduction to the rapids of the Deerfield river!

We continue our trip by floating, relaxing, swimming, and soaking up the beautiful New England scenery. This theme of shooting fun rapids, refining our paddling skills, and keeping a keen eye for wildlife follows for about six miles until we approach the Class III Zoar Gap rapids!

The float out of the river canyon concludes with more rapids, great scenery, laughs, and some “wheelie” cool tricks from your guide!
