About the Warfield House
The Warfield House Inn has 14 unique rooms in two houses. Beautifully remodeled, the homes are adjacent to our wedding venue, making it the perfect getaway for your biggest day! Close to Berkshire East Mountain Resort, there is no shortage of fun and adventure to be had. Close to Shelburne Falls, North Adams, and lots of beautiful points in between create the perfect weekend getaway in our authentic, bucolic, and stylish facilities.

The Main House
The Main House is a newly renovated 8 bedroom / 8 bathroom colonial farmhouse. Featuring a beautiful kitchen, a living room, workspace, a dining room, and DirecTV service for every room on 32″ TVs with DVD players. Decorated in a clean contemporary style, these rooms will let you relax in comfort.
The Main House Apartment
Attached to the Main House but with its own entrance is an apartment with a full sized kitchen, living room, bedroom, full bath including whirlpool tub and work-space.
The Bungalow
Quirky, cool and rustic, the Bungalow is the smaller of the two Warfield Homes. Upon entry, a large living room transitions into a dining room and kitchen. Two guest rooms are off of the kitchen with two more bedrooms upstairs. There is an additional room that can be added upstairs to form a pair. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or for bringing a handful of strangers together. The Bungalow is a great crash pad after your adventure or after dancing all night at a wedding.

Hawk Mountain Lodge
The Hawk Mountain Lodge at Zoar Outdoor is a tastefully renovated farmhouse with three bedrooms - each with its own private bath - and one two bedroom suite, also with its own private bath and full kitchen.
The Lodge is conveniently located on the Mohawk Trail on the Zoar Outdoor campus and directly across the Deerfield River from Berkshire East Mountain Resort.

Camping at Berkshire East
Camping at Berkshire East is CLOSED for the 2022 season.
Berkshire East Mountain Resort offers basic camping for those guests looking to stay onsite during their visit. We currently offer 17 tent camping sites as well as oversized camping in designated areas of our main parking lot. Most sites are open-field style with fire pits. Please note that sites do not have chairs or picnic tables. All of our sites are numbered.
Camping Details
Berkshire East offers RV and tent camping. All sites are dry with no electric, water, or sewer hook-ups. Our tent camping sites can accommodate up to four people, two tents, and one vehicle or one trailer under 25′ in length per site. Our Oversized sites can accommodate a travel trailer or RV longer than 25′ and one vehicle per site. Parking for additional vehicles is available in our main parking lot. Camping outside of a campsite is prohibited.
Showers and restrooms are located in the tent camping area and are accessible to all registered campers. By making a reservation, you are guaranteed a specific site for the night. There is a four-night maximum stay at our tent campsites and a two-night maximum stay at our Oversized sites. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check out is at 1:00pm.
Check-In
Between 3:00pm and 5:00pm, please check-in at Customer Service in the Main Lodge. If you have reserved a site and will be arriving between 5:30pm and 10:00pm, please proceed directly to your numbered campsite. Please call before 5:00pm if you plan to arrive between these times so we may plan to meet you when you arrive – 413.339.6618.
Full refunds, minus a $10 administrative fee, will be given for reservations cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
Camping
White Water Rafting
Thanks to scheduled water releases on the Deerfield River, we are able to enjoy whitewater rafting in Western Massachusetts from April through October.
Winter
