Join us in the Crazy Horse for live music with RJ McCarty + his band
RJ cut his teeth as a kid in the music scene, and has lately been touring internationally in England, Canada, and the United States as an original act in support of his newest release "Tear Back The Sheets": a 7-track record upon which he played every instrument.
He draws inspiration from the flowing, playful vocals of Van Morrison, to the deep-rooted, soulful dirt and heart of Sister Rosetta Tharpe; as well as the world and phenomena surrounding and within them. Toss in Dr John's ivory keys, shapeshifting guitar-slingin' that bends with the music, and an old Hammond organ that will lift you off your seat -- it all comes together for a dynamic live show!

Jefferson Hamer
Jefferson Hamer is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter from Brooklyn, New York. He has previously toured and recorded with Anais Mitchell (as co-creator of Child Ballads, winner of a BBC2 Folk Award), Sarah Jarosz (as guitarist and harmony singer on the Grammy-nominated Blue Heron Suite), and Session Americana (as producer and guitarist on Great Shakes) in addition to collaborations with Reed Foehl, Liz Hanley, Kristin Andreassen, Laura Cortese, and many others. His original songs and lead guitar work are featured on Alameda, an acoustic and electric LP featuring special guests from the NYC folk community and beyond.

Megan Tady is the author of BLUEBIRD DAY, forthcoming from Zibby Books, and SUPER BLOOM, published May 2023, also via Zibby Books. SUPER BLOOM was awarded an IPPY Gold medal for Best Regional Fiction in the Northeast. She runs the freelance writing and editing company Word-Lift. Her writing has appeared in Woman's Day, Reader's Digest, The Huffington Post and Ms. Magazine, among others. Megan lives in Western Massachusetts with her family.
