Mike McMann is a native of the Capital Region of NY currently residing on the NY/MA border in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. From classic rock to southern rock to bluegrass, roots music to acoustic, instrumental - Mike has a wide range of styles, influenced by Doc Watson, Tony Rice, Mark Knopfler, Jerry Garcia, Jeff Beck and others. He has played guitar in area bands for thirty years!

Jefferson Hamer is a guitarist, songwriter, traditional musician, and producer of studio recordings. He is best known for his extensive collaborations with other talented artists. His original songs are featured on his self-released albums and singles, including the full-length "Alameda"

Born in a small country town in New England and into a musical family, Grammy-nominated songwriter Reed Foehl writes stories of the human condition with a lyric and voice which push boundaries while paying homage to tradition. Dusty and patient, his music is genuine Folk/Americana.

Foehl released his sixth studio album – "Wild Wild Love" – in May 2022 which was recorded with The Band of Heathens in Austin, TX.

He was nominated for a Grammy Award for his song “Fly” co-written with Brent Cobb which was covered by country legend Lee Ann Womack.

Local, young, up-and-coming artist. Talented on the electric guitar; Nate uses a looping method to integrate multiple layers into his music!

Mike "Woody" Wood, frontman for Woody and the Rebel Alliance formed in 2009. His solo performances are a high energy mix of old classics, obscure covers and original songs! A typical set could see him go from country, to rock, to reggae, to pop, to soul, and everywhere in between!

About Vertical Challenge
The Vertical Challenge is a series of free casual ski and snowboard races held at ski resorts throughout the northeast during each winter season. Skiers and snowboarders are divided by gender and age to compete for gold, silver, and bronze medals in each category. In addition to the races, there is a festival element, featuring snowy activities for all ages and prizes given away throughout a fun day at the mountain.
